Software Support
AJK Software is committed to customers obtaining full use and value for money on software products purchased.
Unlimited phone and modem support is available on our products under cover of an annual support contract. The support service provides you with software updates, general help & troubleshooting, peace of mind and an "insurance" should anything go wrong.
System Training
Training is available on all software products in either a classroom environment or on a direct one to one basis. Training may be tailored to a customer’s specific needs and conducted on site if requested.
General Business & Systems Training
General Business administration and systems training is, also, available from our experienced consultants who have many years of practical experience in operating business in a cross sector of industrial and services companies.
We can assist in structuring your business administration functions, manual or computerised, to meet with your requirements. We can educate your valuable staff resource in business functions covering all areas from Sales / Purchasing/Stock Control to VAT returns, Payroll, Accounting and other best business practices in telephony, faxing, emailing, web site presentation.
Training in use of Windows, MSoft products and other computerised business packages can be structured to all skill levels.
All training is subject to an agreed user skill content, agenda, duration and daily rate.
